Voting Information
GENERAL voting information
All individuals who have registered to vote by the voter registration deadline Monday, October 24, 2022 will receive a ballot in the mail. You have three options to vote:
- By mail: Drop your vote-by-mail ballot in your mailbox. Ballot must be postmarked on or before November 8, so we recommend mailing it ASAP.
- By dropbox: Drop your vote-by-mail ballot into a dropbox near you. Dropbox locations will be posted here when they are finalized by each county.
- In person: Visit a polling place or voting center on November 8.
Same-Day Voter Registration:
Californians may now register to vote on election day. If you missed the voter registration deadline, visit the polling place associated with your address (check the links below) and ask to register to vote. You will be given a provisional ballot that will be counted once they verify your voting eligibility.
